SCI Shared Resources LLC Corporate - Marketing Coordinator in Houston, Texas

Overview & Responsibilities

The marketing coordinator plays a vital role on the Field Marketing Team. This position is responsible for supporting the Field Marketing Supervisor-Metro Markets by performing a variety of duties associated with our corporate and local marketing initiatives.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as one of the liaisons for Metro Market marketing requests

  • Assist in the delivery of marketing materials and ad requests to Metro Market leadership

  • Contribute to the development and execution of media campaigns, which includes yellow pages

  • Assure all processes are in place at the start of a media campaign (e.g. when necessary, partner with channel management team to obtain an 800#, ensure that it’s working, and ensure that a lead process is in place that works)

  • Prepare ad rotations according to approved media plans

  • Monitor media plan schedules and ensure the delivery of any required materials

  • Process and code media and creative production invoices

  • Assist theField Marketing Supervisor with internal/external communication & special projects

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or a related discipline

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of corporate marketing and advertising or equivalent experience in a related field

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and other programs required to complete job duties (e.g. Operational Planner)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • High attention to detail

  • Able to effectively give a presentation in front of a small to medium group using Microsoft PowerPoint
